25 years of digital expertise.
We support marketing and sales teams with strategy, creation and technology. Reliably since 2001.
25 years ago, we started with digital displays. Today, we plan and implement complex digital experiences. These include web platforms, mobile apps, digital signage solutions and content that works across channels.
Over the years, technologies, tools and expectations have changed constantly.
What has stayed the same? We translate business goals into digital solutions that users truly understand.
A timeline to say THANK YOU.
This timeline shows how growth happens: release by release, rollout by rollout, spot by spot. Always together with our clients, partners and employees. This 25-year anniversary is your milestone just as much as it is ours.
Start in 2001 and scroll your way through 25 years of jls.

Frequently asked questions
What makes jls a full-service digital agency?
jls brings strategy, creation and technology together under one roof. With us, you get everything from a single source: consulting and concept development, UX/UI design, web and app development, digital signage and content creation. The result: digital solutions that fit your brand and deliver measurable impact.
Why is partnership important when working with a digital agency?
Because digital products are never simply “live once and done”. Goals change, content grows and teams need continuous development. Partnership means: we stay available, think ahead and take responsibility even after launch.
Does jls also provide operational support?
Yes, we continue to support you after go-live. Depending on the setup, jls can support you with:
- Operations and monitoring of platforms, portals, apps and digital signage networks
- Support and further development, for example in content automation, mobile apps and PWAs or websites and self-service portals
- Team training so you can manage content, campaigns and configurations more independently
The goal is always for your solution to run reliably in everyday use, continue to evolve and contribute to your marketing, sales or service goals.
What does a typical project with jls look like?
A project with jls follows a clear yet flexible process that connects customer experience, design and technology:
1. Clarifying goals and the initial situation
Together with jls, you look at goals, target groups and existing touchpoints. CX consulting is often already part of this phase, for example through customer journey workshops.
2. Concept development and UX design
Based on the requirements, concepts, user flows and initial prototypes are created, for example for a portal, a mobile app, a PWA, a content automation solution or digital signage setups.
3. Visual design and motion / content
Next comes the visual design: UI design or motion design and content structures. The goal is an interface that fits the brand and is easy to understand in everyday use.
4. Technical implementation and integration
In the technology phase, the solutions are implemented, connected to existing systems and prepared for the planned go-live or rollout.
5. Operations and further development
After rollout or go-live, jls supports you with training, ongoing operations and desired further development.
This process can be scaled depending on the size of the project, from a lean pilot to a comprehensive company-wide setup.
