Website
The website impresses with a positive user experience
Content and information relevant to users can be found directly and easily on the website. The search function, for example, allows users to quickly find relevant products. The results are loaded dynamically, which shortens the loading time and improves the user experience.
The focus is on intuitive and barrier-free user guidance and content structure of the website. Thanks to the user-centred structure of the information, customer enquiries can be reduced or better channelled. In addition, all data protection guidelines are adhered to.
Optimized user experience
Design principles: Recognizable, appealingly modern and purposeful
The new website aims to offer Stadtwerk Winterthur's customers an innovative and user-friendly digital experience. The products and services should be highlighted in an appealing way.
The navigation structure was examined in an A/B user test in order to present the abundance of information in a comprehensible way and to minimize confusion. Relevant information should be visually clearly structured for users and is visually highlighted, for example, by a dynamic information box.
Flexible content management
The individual development of the website offers flexibility and control in the development process, especially for the implementation of specific requirements. For a website that mainly presents information, the use of a CMS offers several advantages:
- Independent content management: content is dynamically and flexibly adaptable and can be updated and managed independently.
- Direct visual preview: The Magnolia CMS offers «What You See Is What You Get» (WYSIWYG) editors that allow a visual preview directly in the browser of the customized content.
- Improved SEO ranking: Server-side rendering means that the website is already rendered when search engines index the page.
