Terms & Conditions

The organizer of the prize draw is jls digital ag, with its registered office at Libellenrain 17, 6004 Lucerne, Switzerland.

• The prize draw is open to all residents of Switzerland and Germany who are at least 18 years old, excluding employees of jls digital ag, their close relatives and anyone involved in any way in the organization or judging of the prize draw.
• Participation is free of charge and not linked to a purchase.
• By entering this prize draw the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
• Only one email address per person is accepted. Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification.
• Automatically generated entries and participants who engage in technical manipulation will be excluded from the prize draw. In such cases legal action may be taken.
• The organizer and/or the companies involved in running the prize draw reserve the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided by participants at any time, in particular when awarding the prize.

• The closing date for entries is 28 February 2026. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
• No responsibility is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
• The organizer reserves the right to change or end the prize draw and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, especially in the event of force majeure, war, civil or military unrest, acts of God, or actual or expected breaches of applicable laws or regulations. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise beyond its control. Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
• The organizer accepts no responsibility for incorrect prize information provided by third parties in connection with this prize draw.

The main prize is a voucher worth CHF 1,000, which can only be credited towards the implementation of a game or a gamification idea at jls.

Cash payment or an alternative prize is not possible. The prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with another prize of equal value without prior notice.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries reviewed by the organizer.

All personal data of the winner or other participants will be used exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s prior consent.

The organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, amend or cancel the competition or parts of it without prior notice. The organizer cannot be held liable for this and there is no right to compensation.

The organizer cannot be held liable if participants are unable to access the game and/or take part in the competition due to technical or other issues, in particular due to network congestion.

The organizer expressly reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies exclusively.

In the event of disputes regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions an amicable solution will be sought. For cases that cannot be resolved amicably the place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
